Note: any agencies that are grayed out at the bottom of this list have not uploaded their data since the data range was changed in Preferences on (date will be set on next change). Their data is therefore probably not complete for the current date range and they will NOT be included in an "All agencies" report. However, if you deselect "All agencies" and select agencies manually, agencies that are grayed out CAN be included (with potentially incomplete data). Agencies with dates "00/00/0000" have never uploaded data.

Upload preferences: 

Start:  End:    Enable daily upload from CASA Manager

These preferences will be transmitted to CASA Manager at each of your Agencies. The dates control the period for which CASA Manager will automatically upload and refresh the data daily. This uploading process takes a few minutes at each Agency and so it is best to keep the range of dates reasonably small, typically the last 3 months. If you wish to temporarily disable the daily upload of data, deselect the checkbox. Deselecting this box will not affect the data currently stored on the web but it will not be updated until you reselect.

Please note that any changes made here will only be acted upon by your Agencies the next time they upload their data, possibly tomorrow morning. Their data for the old date range will be removed from CC Web at that time and will not be available for new reports.

At the top of this page you can choose the dates for an individual report. This does not alter the overall date range of the data uploaded as set on this tab.
