Welcome to CASA Connect on-line Demonstration
This demonstration shows how CASA Connect brings the CASA community together by moving data seamlessly between volunteers, CASA agencies and State Associations. Only the top-level functionality is shown here and most of the action buttons are inactive. However, the "Create Report" button in Report Robot will display a sample (fictitious) report.
Connecting the CASA Community makes everyone's life easier. Volunteers can submit their hours via the web. State Associations can create their own reports from uploaded data. CASA staff can save time and effort! No sensitive data is passed to CASA Connect - agencies' sensitive data stays safely under their control.
Use the buttons provided at the top of the screen to navigate through the demo. A brief description of each area is provided below.
Report Robot: (State Association and Agencies) Report Robot generates statistical reports for State Associations using data that is uploaded automatically from CASA Manager at the CASA agencies. Select from multiple report formats and fields to produce a wide variety of reports. Choose the date range and agencies to be included in the report. State Associations can also turn the upload engine on or off and set the date range for agency data to be uploaded. CASA agencies can create the same reports but only for their own agency.
Hours: (Volunteers only) CASA volunteers can enter training hours, volunteer hours and case hours as well as view the most recent previously entered hours.
Hours Report: (Volunteers only) CASA volunteers can create a report of their hours as submitted via CASA Connect.
